| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: TACI is a lymphocyte specific member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor superfamily. It interacts with calcium-modulator and cyclophilin ligand (CAML). The protein binds to both APRIL and BAFF and induces activation of the transcription factors NFAT (nuclear-factor of activated T cells), AP1, and NF kappa B and plays a crucial role in humoral immunity by interacting with a TNF ligand. This gene is located within the Smith Magenis syndrome region on chromosome 17. Subcellular Location: Membrane; Single-pass type III membrane protein. Tissue Specificity: Highly expressed in spleen, thymus, small intestine and peripheral blood leukocytes. Expressed in resting B-cells and activated T-cells, but not in resting T-cells. Similarity: Contains 2 TNFR-Cys repeats.
